Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We have a standard delivery fee of R150 on all orders regardless of weight. All orders will be delivered 3-7 working days after payment has been received. Deliveries are sent out from our fertiliser facility in Midvaal, Gauteng. Once an order has been received, we will be in touch and send shipping tracking numbers via email. Please note that deliveries to rural and outlying areas may take slightly longer.

Returns Policy
1. Returns
1.1 We accept returns within 21 days of the date of purchase.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
2.1 To initiate a return, please contact us via email. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2.2 Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
3. Refunds
3.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
3.2 If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
4. Exchanges
4.1 If you need to exchange an item, please contact us. We will guide you through the exchange process.
5. Shipping Costs
5.1 Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5.2 If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
